EDEN – KANATA
The EDEN project is a 196-unit multi-residential rental condominium development located at the corner of March Road and Klondike Road, in the Morgan’s Grant neighborhood of Ottawa.
Comprising two buildings, the project offers spacious and modern units, as well as high-end common areas promoting a contemporary lifestyle.
A green promenade, carefully designed landscaping, and an eco-responsible approach distinguish EDEN Kanata, strategically located near the Kanata North Business Park, a key hub of Canada’s technology industry.
7300 CDL – IND
In partnership with Scalia, this new SINA development project, designed in collaboration with the architecture firm GKC, transformed a vacant site into a premier industrial facility strategically located along the highway.
This Grade-A industrial building, totaling over 141,000 sq. ft., is ready to welcome its new tenant. Designed in accordance with sustainable development principles, it is LEED Silver and Net Zero Carbon certified.
It also features underground parking for up to 50 vehicles, offering an optimal combination of functionality and environmental performance.
JOLIETTE – IND
Nouveau développement industriel – SINA Joliette

SINA est fière de présenter son nouveau projet industriel à Joliette, offrant des condominiums industriels de 11 450 pi² à 111 252 pi², disponibles à la vente ou à la location. JC Perreault – Head Office
The JC Perreault distribution center is a new multifunctional complex offering very high-quality facilities. Considered the most prestigious building in Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, it was completed in record time using the design-build delivery model.
This major project includes 180,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and more than 100,000 sq. ft. of retail and administrative offices spread over three floors.
VF IND – CR Slitters
This large-scale facility welcomed its tenant, CR Slitters, a Canadian pioneer in the slitting and processing of flat steel and aluminum.
The 230,000 sq. ft. building features a steel structure designed to support eight overhead cranes, each with a 30-ton capacity. Its 16-inch-thick reinforced concrete slabs allow for storage loads of up to 5,000 pounds per square foot.
The site was strategically selected for its proximity to the Port of Valleyfield, which has become a major hub for steel transportation in Canada.
Congebec
This project goes beyond the construction of a standard industrial building: it is a cold-storage warehouse (industrial freezer) that stands among the largest and most advanced of its kind in Canada. Designed to meet the most demanding temperature-controlled storage requirements, it reflects our commitment to innovation, precision, and operational efficiency.
Equipped with a high level of automation, a high-performance thermal envelope, and a CO₂ refrigeration system—more environmentally friendly and safer than traditional ammonia-based systems—the facility features:
- 225,000 sq. ft. of cold-storage space
- A 55-foot-high building
- An additional 100,000 sq. ft. industrial storage section
- An underground tank system capable of storing 340,000 gallons of domestic water for fire protection
Nespresso
The Nespresso project brings together Class-A industrial rental spaces designed to be both elegant and functional. Developed in collaboration with GKC Architects, this distribution center stands out for its clean, refined architectural lines and rapid execution.
Thanks to our integrated design-build process, the 325,000 sq. ft. building was completed in a record time of just 10 months.
This new distribution center has become Nespresso’s Canadian benchmark, strengthening its strategic presence in the Greater Montréal area.
Archipel
The first “living house” in Québec — a revolutionary retail center concept rooted in horticulture, landscaping, and lifestyle. Located along Highway 30 in the Cousineau commercial hub, this landmark building draws attention with its prestigious main entrance, which serves as the architectural focal point.
With over 30,000 sq. ft. of greenhouses, Archipel brings together under one roof spaces dedicated to gardening, interior décor, furniture, fine foods, and a pet store.
JC Perreault – Warehouse and Clearance Center
Following the delivery of its Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan head office in 2021, JC Perreault once again entrusted SINA with this new construction. A Québec leader in furniture and appliances, the company sought to increase its storage capacity to over 250,000 sq. ft.
The selected site is adjacent to its new 285,000 sq. ft. head office and distribution center completed the previous year. Delivered in summer 2023, this new facility will allow the company to expand, centralize, and optimize its operations in a single location.
Oligo
This expansion significantly enhances Oligo Professionnel’s head office by providing functional and scalable spaces perfectly suited to both current and future needs. With a total area of 45,000 sq. ft., the project includes 4,000 sq. ft. of modern offices designed to promote productivity and employee well-being, as well as 41,000 sq. ft. of optimized warehouse space.
To maximize storage capacity, the warehouse benefits from nearly 40 feet of clear height, allowing optimal use of vertical volume and providing increased flexibility to meet growing logistical demands.
JC Perreault – CSS des Samares
This new approximately 7,000 sq. ft. space, built in just three months on the mezzanine of the JC Perreault Warehouse and Clearance Center, was specially designed for the CSS des Samares. Offering a modern and functional environment, it is entirely dedicated to student learning and success.
In January 2025, the Centre multiservice des Samares welcomed its students for their very first school term at the new Montcalm Training Center in Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan.
ATS Container
Located between the Lachine Canal and Ville-Émard, the ATS project contributes to the revitalization of an aging industrial sector through new façades combining curtain wall, brick, and aluminum. ATS entrusted SINA with the rapid and efficient construction of its new office tower.
Nearly 18,000 sq. ft. across three office floors also offer employees a large rooftop terrace, creating a bright and welcoming work environment.
Sainte-Julienne Commercial Building
This multi-tenant commercial building, located on Route 125 in Sainte-Julienne, covers an area of 20,700 sq. ft. Designed to perfectly meet tenant needs, it houses DOLLARAMA, Caisse Desjardins de Montcalm et de la Ouareau, and Clinimedic – Family & Podiatric Health.
Featuring modern architecture with clean lines, it was built according to the latest trends and the highest construction standards, offering an environment that is both aesthetic, functional, and durable.
Piscine Fibro
To increase its production capacity, Piscine Fibro, a pioneer of fiberglass in-ground pools in Canada, entrusted SINA with the development and construction of its new manufacturing plant and administrative offices totaling over 35,000 sq. ft., enabling the company to triple its production.
Place d’affaires Saint-Roch-de-L’Achigan
Located in the beautiful natural setting of the Lanaudière region, this major high-end project totaling 45,000 sq. ft. includes both industrial and commercial spaces. With its modern design and wood-look materials, the building stands out with a distinctive architectural character.
Inside, the front portion is dedicated to offices and commercial spaces, while the rear accommodates storage and production areas.
SBMS – Phase 3 (Euroverre)
A fast-growing company and a leader in glass product development across Canada, Euroverre, affiliated with SBMS, needed to expand its existing Terrebonne facilities to meet growing demand.
For this 16,000 sq. ft. expansion, delivered in spring 2023, the company entrusted SINA to carry out the project and support its continued growth.
NAVADA
Recognized as the largest HVAC company in Québec, Navada chose to collaborate with SINA for the expansion of its Longueuil head office, continuing a business partnership that has spanned several years.
The interior layout was redesigned to accommodate additional workstations, along with a 10,000 sq. ft. expansion dedicated partly to offices and partly to parts and materials storage, supporting the company’s rapid growth in recent years.
Géodex
Since 1973, Géodex has provided turnkey services and unmatched expertise in piling, deep foundations, retaining walls, and marine works. It was with great pride that we undertook the construction of a new head office in Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan reflecting the reputation of these specialists.
The 12,500 sq. ft. building was delivered in spring 2023 using the design-build approach, resulting in a project that met the highest expectations of this prestigious client.
