The JC Perreault distribution center is a new multifunctional complex offering very high-quality facilities. Considered the most prestigious building in Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, it was completed in record time using the design-build delivery model.
This major project includes 180,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and more than 100,000 sq. ft. of retail and administrative offices spread over three floors.
This large-scale facility welcomed its tenant, CR Slitters, a Canadian pioneer in the slitting and processing of flat steel and aluminum.
The 230,000 sq. ft. building features a steel structure designed to support eight overhead cranes, each with a 30-ton capacity. Its 16-inch-thick reinforced concrete slabs allow for storage loads of up to 5,000 pounds per square foot.

The selected site is adjacent to its new 285,000 sq. ft. head office and distribution center completed the previous year. Delivered in summer 2023, this new facility will allow the company to expand, centralize, and optimize its operations in a single location.
This expansion significantly enhances Oligo Professionnel’s head office by providing functional and scalable spaces perfectly suited to both current and future needs. With a total area of 45,000 sq. ft., the project includes 4,000 sq. ft. of modern offices designed to promote productivity and employee well-being, as well as 41,000 sq. ft. of optimized warehouse space.
