With a total area of 45,000 sq. ft., the project includes 4,000 sq. ft. of modern offices designed to promote productivity and employee well-being, as well as 41,000 sq. ft. of optimized warehouse space.
To maximize storage capacity, the warehouse benefits from nearly 40 feet of clear height, allowing optimal use of vertical volume and providing increased flexibility to meet growing logistical demands.
