In partnership with Scalia, this new SINA development project, designed in collaboration with the architecture firm GKC, transformed a vacant site into a premier industrial facility strategically located along the highway.
This Grade-A industrial building, totaling over 141,000 sq. ft., is ready to welcome its new tenant. Designed in accordance with sustainable development principles, it is LEED Silver and Net Zero Carbon certified.
It also features underground parking for up to 50 vehicles, offering an optimal combination of functionality and environmental performance.
