In partnership with Devmont, this new construction is SINA’s second development project in 2022. Designed in partnership with architecture firm GKC, this new building will revitalize a site currently abandoned on the edge of a highway. The grade A industrial building, with a surface area totalling more than 141,000 square feet, will welcome a new tenant in the spring of 2024. The project is aiming for LEED Silver certification and will have an underground parking lot that will accommodate 50 vehicles.
